This is where the direct understanding of trader churn and commission patterns was built — from inside the brokerage, not from the outside looking in.

Led IB and partner growth across Europe, Africa and Latin America. Worked directly with introducing brokers on onboarding, retention, and partner setup.
Designed and managed partner incentive structures. This role leads directly into the work Kyri Wealth does now.
