EXANTE for Serious Traders

Broker I personally use

I’ve been trading on EXANTE for a few months now. It’s not a “£500 and have a play” platform – it’s a serious broker for people who actually trade and want real global market access from one account. Here’s how it feels to use, what works, and what you should know before opening an account.

Who EXANTE is for

  • Traders who want one account for 50+ global exchanges.
  • People running serious capital (five figures and up).
  • Investors who care more about access & tools than flashy gamified apps.

Quick facts

  • Minimum deposit: €10,000 (individual).
  • Markets: 50+ exchanges, 1.5M+ instruments.
  • Assets: stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures, options, FX, metals.
  • Funding: bank transfer only (no cards / e-wallets).

Why I actually like using EXANTE

The main reason I stick with EXANTE is proper multi-market access. I can trade stocks, options, futures, FX and bonds from the same account, without needing a different broker for each region or product. It keeps everything cleaner and makes portfolio management much easier.

The platform itself feels more like a light prime-broker terminal than a retail app. Once you’ve set up your layouts and watchlists, the workflow is fast, stable and serious – no confetti, no pop-up “achievements”, just tools that let you get on with trading.

A big plus is the dedicated account manager. You’re not left fighting a generic help centre – you’ve got someone who can walk you through reports, margin, instruments and all the “how do I do X?” questions that crop up in the first weeks.

Things to be aware of

High minimum deposit. The €10k minimum is a hard filter. If you’re still experimenting with small amounts, EXANTE is overkill. It only really makes sense if you’re committing proper capital and want to make use of the global access.

Funding is old-school. Everything goes through bank transfers – no instant card top-ups or Revolut-style payments. It works, but if you love instant deposits and withdrawals, this will feel a bit slow and archaic.

There is a learning curve. The platform isn’t confusing, but it does assume you have trading experience. Expect to spend a little time playing with the layout and leaning on your account manager before everything feels natural.

What it’s like to use day-to-day

On desktop, EXANTE feels like a proper trading terminal – watchlists, order tickets, margin info and portfolio overview are all one or two clicks away once you’ve set it up. The mobile app is good for checking positions and placing the odd trade, but the real power is on desktop where you can see everything at once.

The main thing I like is that it gets out of the way. When your layout is dialled in, you’re not fighting the platform – you’re just executing your ideas.

So, should you open an EXANTE account?

If you’re a casual beginner, there are easier places to start. But if you’re working with five-figure capital or more, want serious global access, and prefer a broker that treats you like a professional rather than an app user, EXANTE is absolutely worth a look.

For me, it’s the mix of market breadth, professional tools, and a real account manager that makes it stand out.
